Just had a great experience with DDS.
Had a plugged up kitchen drain- tried all the home remedies to no avail.
Called Discount Drain Service at 8:30 am- followed their directions and left a voice mail and 5 min later had a call back saying they would be out same day.
The technician came out that morning. He was friendly and wore booties in the house and was carefully not to track any mud into the house as it was raining out. He set up a neat work zone and went right to it and has the drains cleared less than an hour later. He insured everying was draining properly and then cleaned up!
Price was extremely reasonable for same day service as well.

Excellent service! Very responsive, I heard back within 30min of my call and had someone arrive shortly after to fix the issue. They were professional, answered all my questions, and took care of all problems, making sure everything was back to normal before they left. I can't express enough gratitude for Kevin and his team at Discount Drain Services. My business was having plumbing issues where we couldn't snake the drains and was causing back ups from toilets to showers. Not only did they come out at 8:30am on the Saturday before Christmas, they stayed ALL day until it was figured out. The problem was incorrect plumbing in my plaza that we were able to rectify to ensure my unit's plumbing was flowing correctly. Not once did they make us seem like an inconvenience or that we were wasting their time. They came at a moments notice to clear and diagnose a broken drain pipe that was causing my basement to flood. This was after a different drain company failed to resolve the issue earlier that day. I'm truly grateful for their superior experience and professionalism.
