They came within an hour of my call during a heat wave when my A/C was out. They fixed it promptly and were very fair priced. They have been working on my home for over 30 years and wouldn’t change it. They’re great
Had a technician come out to give me a quote on a boiler replacement. He was very kind and professional, but we never received the quote. I called their office a few times over the course of 3 weeks, but the receptionist doesn’t seem like she cares to pass on the message. Very disappointed.
Jim and his sons are great! I have a very old furnace and needed a heating grate removed. It was a very intricate job and they did it with such skill and knowledge. They're just great personable, honest people. I would totally recommend them.
Jim and his team are amazing! We have had multiple issues with our heat & hot water this year and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They are very responsive, professional, honest and knowledgeable (we have a Navien system). I'm not one that generally writes reviews but it is Friday night at 7pm and Jim returned my call and offered to come out tonight! If I could give Binkley 10 stars, I would!
Mr. Binkley was extremely helpful and gracious with his time. He talked me through fixing an issue that was entirely my fault (turning off the emergency gas switch) and having no power or hot water. Instead of spending a couple hundred dollars having someone come out he graciously spent close to a half an hour troubleshooting the issue with me until we fixed it. Super trustworthy, honest and helpful especially during the holidays!
