Amazing place! Our radiator was damaged after an impact with a deer. These people are the best ever! Tyler, his dad and owner Frank and the mechanic are top notch. They do ANYTHING to help the drivers, to made them feel comfortable and safe. You literally feel that you are in good hands. They constantly bring a source of help to mitigate the situation that you are in. The repair was fast, affordable, very profesional and well done. We are very grateful that we decided to call them and stick with them and no with other competitors around. Thanks again guys! We will pass by to do some maintenance!

This is by far the best experience that I have had in mechanics and trucking. We hit a deer and the impact blowed up our brand new radiator. This was past 11:00 at night. We called the owner Frank and he answered immediately. He was helpful from minute 1 till the end. His son is also part of the deal, Tyler, and he is an honest hardworking guy that helps you beyond. The mechanic is also like a son to Frank and he is amazing as well. You just feel at home, everything well explained, transparent and welcoming. They have also a tow truck, they picked us up in the tow truck hauling our tractor and the trailer. They opened their space and accommodate us there, they provide us water, drinks, bathroom and even offered a shower if we needed one. The shop itself is clean, organized, perfectly located out of I-84. They ordered the parts and did an outstanding job in our truck. I forgot to say that all this happened on Memorial Day weekend… and that’s a lot!! We were out as soon as the new radiator arrived. The charges were very very reasonable for such an impeccable experience. We are completely blown out from this experience, we are planning to do regular maintenance, oil changes, etc at this shop because it can’t get better!

Called NYS Heavy Repair for help. Tyler owner was very friendly and helpful. Came earlier than appointment, did very good job, solve my problem with my truck. Tyler knows what he’s doing and very professional on his young ages)
