Cody came here for a clogged sink drain the day before Thanksgiving. He was punctual. The company notified me prior to arriving. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue. He was honest and didn't have to snake the line, even though he could have lied and did it anyway to charge more for the service. Would recommend.

I had a mysterious odor in my house for months - I had plumbers come out, HVAC people, had a full duct cleaning/sanitizing and nothing was helping. Cody from A General meticulously went through all the possible causes and went absolutely above and beyond to find a leak in my main sewer pipe in an area of my crawl space that isn’t very accessible to inspect. He gave me his first possible appointment to get the problem remedied and got into that incredibly tight spot and made the necessary repair. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he worked very efficiently and cleanly. I am a repeat customer of this business and I’ll never use another plumber again!

I’d like to thank the two lovely gentlemen who came to my home yesterday and solved a very complicated plumbing issue, Jeff and Carl. They knew their stuff and were so pleasant and kind. I used A General several years ago for another complicated issue with my older home and their cost was thousands of dollars less than other estimates I received. This is the best plumbing service around and I highly recommend them! Thank you again.

Excellent service. Was able to get an appointment the same day. Woody came right on time. Very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. I had a clogged kitchen sink. The cost was told to me on the phone and it was reasonable. He made sure that everything worked well before leaving. Neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company. From the first call until finish was a great experience!!!

Wooooooooooow ! I called on Saturday at 12:30 and said that I had a big time clog in my shower and I didn’t know what it was, but it was causing it to back up to the point of where it was almost gonna overflow. I never expected them to show up on a Saturday. But three hours later, they were fixing my problem as it turns out my son has something down there, and they cleaned my entire drain and fix both of my toilets in the matter of an hour. John, our tech was incredible, knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I will never use anybody again. And when I called the office, woman was super sweet and professional and very helpful
