Know that I drafted this in the car right after we closed on the house because I was so in awe of Taylor, just got a bit busy and never posted it. Copied from my notes, here is my experience with Taylor:

Buying your first home is equally hard work and pure luck. For my partner and me, our “luck” was finding Taylor. A review of Taylor was what immediately stuck with me, and within 24 hours of connecting, she had us ready to put in an offer on a home we loved and had seen without her (we were excited). I can’t emphasize enough how much Taylor is ON IT. From the beginning, she was incredibly thorough, communicative, and beyond kind and understanding. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, but Taylor made sure we never felt lost. Even checking in when we got quiet a few times.

Everyone has heard some home-buying horror stories; maybe you’ve had them yourself. But for us, thanks to Taylor, the process could not have been smoother. We truly could not have found a better agent to help us through such a milestone.

We have worked with Tim to purchase several properties and have had wonderful experiences. Tim assisted us in purchasing our farm where we run the Donkey’s Cross Rescue and Sanctuary. He helped us with all the required details throughout the purchase process and made a complicated purchase so much easier for our busy lives. We don’t have the luxury of a lot of free time so having someone who values our time was essential and much appreciated.
Tim will always be the first call when we are buying or selling and the realtor that we refer to friends and family.

Taylor is THE BEST. My husband and I wanted to purchase an investment property. We weren’t sure of what we really wanted. She patiently showed us different possibilities. She was honest when I wanted to move forward and she thought it was a poor investment. Which made me feel like I could trust her more. Eventually we found a 3 family in my dream town. She worked patiently and negotiated a 100,000 off. Texted with me when my anxiety was climbing. We purchased the home last month. She is now showing the last apartment to get it rented out for us.
