Good people work at the Rubber Road Enterprise in Naugatuck and will do whatever they can to help. That said they did not answer the phone at 415 on a tuesday, my text was answered quickly however. I picked up the suv and the tire under inflation warning came on, I had to put air in 3 of the 4 tires on a cold rainy CT evening. The vehicle also told me it was time for an oil change 2 days prior to me dropping it off. So overall I had a good experience I think maybe attention to detail woukd help a bit. I would definitely rent from this location again, they had the vehicle i wanted on short notice and communicated with me.
