My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years. The staff are extremely honest and look out for their customers. I had a major problem with my car that they discovered and advised me to contact the dealership. It in fact was covered under my warranty. I’m so thankful for their honest approach and having their customers best interest at heart. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I have been coming to Shelton Car Care for 5 years. I can't praise the staff and the service I have received enough. Melissa and Dwayne at the desk and others, whose names I can't remember, are consistently kind and accommodating in every respect, each time I have been there. It's so refreshing as a customer to experience such a willingness to be helpful. Staff have even driven me home and picked me up when the car was ready a few times.
The mechanics also go above and beyond to serve the customer. They have taken time to do a quick inventory, free of charge, of
different issues with tire pressure and loose brake lights. They are always polite. I have had different mechanical issues, oil changes and general maintenance done and purchased new tires. All was done well and at a very fair price. They also give a video explanation of the work needed before they proceed.
The courtesy and workmanship make for a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend Shelton Car Care.
