Outstanding! Cliff took very good care of us. We had an issue that turned out to be a much bigger problem then initially anticipated. Our first plumber came, left and mess and didn’t bother getting back to us about finishing the job. Cliff to the rescue... he came the same day and stayed for 4 hours (and very late too). The job still needed to be worked on and he returned promptly the next day to finish up. They left everything SPOTLESS. I couldn’t even tell that anyone had been in there, and I’m a neat freak! Lol. Kelly in the office was very nice and helpful as well. They definitely know how to run a great business. Don’t hesitate, call them!
We have had Fountain plumbing respond in an emergency, when we were not even their customers. Since then, we have become their customers, and happily so. I had an issue with a boiler with a gas burner that was installed by Giroux Energy and when I called them they informed me they do not service gas.
I called Fountain Heating and Tony went through unit and found the original installer used the incorrect orifice. He also came to my hous at 9pm to help.
I recommend hiring Fountain Plumbing & Heating for any gas service, conversions or installs, Tony and his crew are awesome!
Furnace fan stopped working yesterday morning. Called the oil company, they said the service guy would call back. An hour later, nothing, so we called Fountain P&H. They also said the service guy would call back, but within 10 minutes he actually did call. Then came less than an hour later. (Still no call from the oil co. guy.) Tom from Fountain diagnosed the problem, confirmed it by double-check w/ the office, ordered the part for overnight shipping. Less than 24 hours later, back, replaced the part and we have heat again! Tom @ Fountain Plumbing = GREAT job.
BTW: the oil co guy never did call, but he did show up ... at just after 4pm. All calls go straight to Fountain from now on. Five Stars; easy.
