Excellent, customer service is the best, and the technician are very professional and keep working area clean and safe.
After months of calling different plumbing companies to help with my multiple leaking pipes issues, I had canceled appointments & no callbacks. I finally came across VP's Plumbing & the entire process went as convenient & quick as I could've imagined. Customer service responded to my voice mail quickly & set an appointment the following week. They sent Arthur to my home & he came with his tools, welcoming smile, & upbeat attitude. All of was needed for repairs were explained to me & my issues were repaired that day. I couldn't be more happy with everything. Will definitely use them again & recommend them to friends.
These guys were phenomenal! Came in, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and came up with a cost-effective solution. They were done well under an hour, tested everything before they left, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
