Nicki and Mark were awesome on taking my calls and returning them and setting up our appointment, Jim the plumber was personable and professional. We felt comfortable having him in our home, he was very informative and understood the assignment as he was assessing the repairs. Gave us a very reasonable quote for alot of work including replacing a water heater. The next day Jim came back and did an excellent job with all the repairs. I had a night time emergency and called Rich’s Plumbing. I was able to get on the schedule for the next morning! Technician came out and resolved the issue in a timely manner. My experience is the this company is professional, experienced, and charged extremely fair. Would highly recommend to anyone who is needing a plumber.
