Hot water heater quit, called PETRO, and immediately talked to a human, Rich. Appointment set up, they located the brand I wanted, and Victor from PETRO showed up promptly as scheduled. Victor was fast, friendly, and explained the new unit.

Hot water restored, old unit gone, 2 hours elapsed, no huge mess.

Very happy we discovered Petro, saw one of their company vehicles out , it was good timing because we really liked the service we got. Rich the owner setup our appointment, few days later Victor came out on time to fix our toilet & then helped us with our filter issue.
