This is my second project with Prestige, having done a Bathroom remodel in 2023. Now in 2025 a Samsung Heat Pump installation. I am extremely pleased with both projects. I was always given information about all aspects of each project, informed each time of days when certain work would be done. I had questions about products, different results I might want, and was always given answers, without Lewis or Kevin ever becoming annoyed with my questions. All materiel is excellent quality, workers knowledgeable about the project, always working until their share was finished. Prestige Mechanical & Construction does a great job. I had my bathroom shower redone and the result was fantastic. Leo was very easy to communicate with and his guys are very professional.

Leo and the Prestige Mechanical team did a great job replacing two A/C zones in our home. They were quick and efficient, and their pricing was very fair. I recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

We had an outstanding experience working with Prestige MCC! In April of last year we embarked on a massive home reno, adding a full second floor to our one floor home and completely renovating the interior. We planned to re-use our existing boiler and add hydronic heat upstairs and some sort of ductless AC system, but in September we decided to pivot to a brand new heat pump system. After bidding out a few different Westchester/Putnam County based companies we heard from our contractor's friend about Prestige, and Lewis came over for a walkthrough/estimate. That was the beginning of a great relationship, and ~7 months later I'm sitting here in a wonderful new home that's conditioned perfectly with a 3-zone Mitsubishi system. While other vendors very much priced out a package and said take it or leave it, Lewis was amazing to work with, responsive to every question/inquiry, and we couldn't have made a better choice than working with Prestige as we made this massive life shift from traditional oil-fired boiler (they facilitated removal of oil and tank too) to a brand new ducted system. It has worked well during this very cold winter and I can't wait to see how it conditions our home during the summer. From start to finish this process went smoothly! Lewis from Prestige was knowledgeable, was patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions before during and made himself available to us even after installation.
