We recently had our annual service done by Dave from Nabrasky’s HVAC, and he did an outstanding job. He serviced our air conditioners, heat pumps, gas boiler, and water heater with great attention to detail. Dave was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about every system in our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all our questions thoroughly, and offered helpful maintenance tips to keep everything running efficiently.
It’s clear that Dave takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We feel confident knowing our HVAC and heating equipment are in expert hands. Nabrasky’s is fortunate to have such a professional and reliable technician on their team. Highly recommended!
Plumbing needs are almost always an "emergency," and Nebrasky has NEVER let me down. Their friendly office staff is sympathetic and professional. Yesterday, I had a leak in my kitchen, and I had Dave at the house within two hours. He had my problem fixed within an hour, and was so courteous and nice. One thing that I really appreciate too, is that any time a Nebrasky professional comes to your house, they wear "booties" to protect your floors and carpets/rugs. I am a loyal and grateful customer, and always will be.
The technicians, Rob and Nino, arrived on time. They were professional, yet friendly, and answered all of my questions. They worked together as a team, tested both heating and AC systems after installation, and assured me that all was working efficiently, effectively, and most importantly, safely. They were neat and they did a great clean up when they were finished. I am very satisfied with the job.
Charged me over $500 to replace the capacitor of my air conditioning unit (a $17 part on Amazon). Was told beforehand that the ~$150 diagnostic fee would go toward whatever needed to be done but I can’t imagine they charged over $500 for the capacitor fix alone. The technician was very professional but he did complete the work without asking my permission (showed me the capacitor he replaced after the fact) or quoting me a price beforehand. Was very pleased with the outcome as he did fix the problem, and the experience with the technician was good as he was professional, but not happy with the cost. Bought the part off Amazon to save $500 in the future.
