When we arrived around 5:15pm it wasn't busy but it filled in quick within the hour. Service was great and fast! Food was delicious, they have a lot of options. For dessert definitelyrecommend the churros. Enjoyed seeing another patron wear the sombrero while they sang her Happy Birthday. Definitely will be back.
We have been going to chapala grill pretty much since they opened. The staff always remembers us and treats us like family. Besides that they are always very accommodating and attentive. As for the food. We almost never have a bad meal. The specials are always awesome, but the regular menu is just as good. Highly recommend the mocajete, tacos langosta, tacos de carbon….i mean I could go on. They have way too many awesome dishes. If you’ve never been there definitely worth a try and if you have been don’t be afraid to try something new!
(Our server tonight, Nicol, was wonderful!!!)
We had a really good experience at Chapala Grill 3. The service was nice, and the food was tasty and fresh. Everything came out on time, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely come back again!
Came here for an early dinner. Everything was delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Steak was cooked perfect. They opened Chapala Grill 4, which is a little closer to I 80 which we would like to try next, but it's definitely worth the 40 minute ride for us.
First of all - great place! Second of all - it has a number 3 next to its name for reason - there are more than one. My wife and i found out first hand when we went to number 4 25 min away! Dont make the same mistake!
Anyways - we were there for a birthday party! Place is popular and busy. Has a bar and outdoor seating area!
Drinks are creative and i like the way they serve them - see my photos.
We all had various dishes from burrito and quesadillas to tacos and carne asada! Everything hit the spot!
My wife loved shrimp quesadilla. Tuna tacos was also a big hit!
My skirt steak (carne asado) was ok. No major complaints or compliments. It was just ok..
Fresh guacamole didnt last long as you can see from my photos - by the time i had a chance to take a picture - half was gone!
Chips and salsa were great but salsa is SPICY so if you are not into that - be aware!
They do have Mariachi band on weekends although we didnt see since we were there on a Sunday.
Overall - good place if you are in a mood for some Mexican food. Certainly will be back!
