Our central air conditioner stopped working in the midst of a severe heat wave. We had a service tech come to the house to repair and all they wanted to do was to replace the entire unit. We let them go and then remembered that our daughter had a favorable experience with Merone Heating and Cooling. We called them on a Sunday and they returned our call immediately. Jason came the next day right on time and looked at the unit and tried the simplest problem and went to get a capacitor. When that didn't solve the problem, he checked the blower motor, removed it and took it to get replaced. On Wednesday morning bright and early, he returned with the motor and installed it. It was a pleasant experience. Jason was polite, cordial and professional and was up front and truthful. He also installed a new filter. The icing on the cake was when he explained that the filter was incorrectly. The other techs have been doing it wrong for all these years. And I haven't had to dust since. Bravo Jason and thank. Jason has been amazing since we met him last year. He helped us fix many plumbing issues with ease. He was also able to fix our mysterious waterhammer noise that was driving my family crazy for a long time. No 1 that I told before him could figure it out and he did with ease! Jason was very honest and upfront about coast and time. We needed to have our gas furnace replaced and a water tank added to our house as we did not have one before. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had. When the work was being completed, he kept us informed of the progress. When the job was done you would not have notice anyone had been working there. It was spotless and clean. I would highly recommend him for your plumping needs.
