Thomas arrived at my place in Peekskill a little earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. He quickly found a leak in one of the pipes, opened up the wall inside a cabinet to reach it, and made the repair. After fixing the pipe, Thomas took the time to test everything to make sure there were no more leaks. He also noticed my toilet needed a new flapper, so he went to the plumbing supply store to get the right part and replaced it for me. When checking my bathroom sink faucet, he explained that it was pretty old and might break if he tried to repair it, so he gave me helpful advice about maybe installing a new vanity instead. Thomas was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole job. I’ll definitely call him again for any plumbing work in my home.

we had a nasty backup in our bathtub—it was like the tub drain just exploded. the smell was terrible and it was super gross. my husband and i tried using a shop vac to suck out the mess, but we couldn’t get to the clog deep in the pipe. we called a local plumber and explained the problem. they got back to us really quick, within about 15 minutes, and had someone ready to come out to our place in peekskill before 5pm that same day. originally, the scheduler said the soonest available was after 5pm, but if we wanted someone sooner, we could pay a little extra or just wait until the next day. with the weather getting worse, we decided to pay the extra. they actually managed to get kyle out to us before 5pm anyway. the service was great from start to finish. i asked about prices before they came out, and they were happy to explain everything, including the hourly rates. kyle was super professional and answered all my questions, even though i was pretty grossed out and embarrassed about the situation. he didn’t judge me at all and was very helpful. i would definitely recommend these plumbers for anyone in peekskill.

I am very impressed with the plumbing service I received! This is the second time I have used them for my home in Peekskill, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Thomas answered my calls and texts quickly, which is hard to find these days. Their price for installing a tankless water heater was much lower than other plumbers in the area. Most of my experience was with Kyle, who was professional, polite, and really knows his stuff. He worked efficiently and the quality of the plumbing job was excellent.
