I contacted Bluu Boxer Plumbing for the first time for a sump pump installation. Big shout out to Andrew – the installation guy was amazing and explained everything to me! 🤩 The appointment process is super convenient and the price is very reasonable, even better than an unlicensed handyman.

Everyone at blue boxer is amazing. They are the only plumbers we will use. They’ve fixed main drain clogs, installed sump dumps, corrected leaky pipes, and even made a bathroom in our basement. Prices are fair, scheduling is easy, and service is top notch.

We recently had an issue with an up-flush toilet system that was installed when we converted our attic into a bedroom and bathroom about two and a half years ago. The original contractor told us we were getting a premium Saniflo system. Unfortunately, we later discovered it was a cheaper knockoff brand with a very limited warranty. It failed far sooner than expected, and when it did, things went downhill quickly.

I called three or four plumbing companies in our area and received nothing but voicemail. One company actually came out, assessed the problem incorrectly, and then failed to return - even after promising to send a specialist the next day.

Blue Boxer Plumbing was the complete opposite experience.

When I called, Nicole answered immediately. She listened carefully, was genuinely helpful, and had someone scheduled to come out within two hours. That alone put them in a different category.

But the real difference was Chuck.

He showed up on time, spent about 40 minutes diagnosing the issue, and explained clearly that the motor on the existing system had failed completely. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He also helped us understand the difference between what we were told we were getting originally and what was actually installed.

We decided to move forward, but only if he returned to install the new system. That’s how much confidence he inspired.

When the parts arrived, Chuck came back today, spent a few hours with us, and installed the new system flawlessly. He treated our home with respect - laying down protective coverings, wearing floor protectors, and ensuring everything was left spotless. The workmanship was excellent, and the new system works perfectly. Our daughters now have a fully functioning bathroom again, which made everyone very happy.

Blue Boxer Plumbing has earned our trust. We would gladly refer them to neighbors, friends, and anyone looking for honest, reliable, high-quality plumbing work. And yes - Chuck is the one we want back every time.

Excellent service. Our water heater was starting to flood after 5pm, called Blue Boxer and they arrived in 30 minutes. Trevor was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly gave us a fair price, and returned early the next morning with Eric. Eric was great, very neat and clean job. Took care to keep our house clean as he worked. Would absolutely recommend them and will call them if needed for sure. Great job from a company that treats customers with respect. Family owned and run which makes a huge difference.
