Myles was awesome! Came out within 30 minutes when our hose was leaking outside. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but then went above and beyond and suggested further work to help prevent the problem from reoccurring, and even fixed the faucet on our downstairs sink while he was at it. Very fair price and great service - highly recommend!

I came home yesterday to a leaking water heater at about 2 p.m. I called JP Plumbing and before 5 o'clock I had a new water heater installed. Plus, once I called they had me send pictures of the unit, and checked their supplier had one in stock (lucky for me, they did late on a Friday!) Then there were follow-up texts to let me know exactly what time they would arrive. They worked fast and left no mess, and later that night called to be sure everything was working well. Very impressed!! Service like that is rare these days! Fair price and polite service appreciated.
