Courteous and friendly staff, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I saved much compared to shops located on Blooming Grove Turnpike. I finally found my forever mechanic shop! Thank you Chris, Jose and especially Susan!
Susan was amazing. She organized everything for me, made the process super simple, and my car got everything it needed. No up charging, no haggling, just a straight forward experience.
Had my car towed to CDS because it was an AAA affiliated shop and it was near my home. On top of that, they had great reviews. I had a short affecting my starter motor and it was beyond my scope of expertise. Chris, the owner was very personable and gave me every confidence that he and his staff would diagnose and fix the problem. Which they did, in a timely manner. He also explained other things that may need attention but could be dealt with at a later date. He didn't try to sell me on something I did not need. Very pleased and will most likely return to get the follow up service he recommended. Got my car back on the road so I can go to work. 👍
We were treated very well by Chris and Susan at CDS. Our car broke down on the NY Thruway late on a Friday afternoon. We were towed to CDS and they stayed open after closing until we arrived. Chris diagnosed the problem immediately. The parts were order, and once installed we were on our way. I highly recommend CDS.
Huge shoutout to CDS Auto and Truck for squeezing me in today for my brakes and inspection! Extremely fair prices, honest, and amazing customer service. I was quoted more than double for the same exact service at a local chain this morning. Now I'll be using CDS in the future!
