I have been a customer about three times now and it feels like a miracle finally finding a shop that I can trust and know for certain the work is done perfectly. Super friendly and great turn around time.
A friend referred me to Fran to take a look at a problem with my vehicle. They were able to fit me in the same day for a diagnosis. Though the issue is dealer specific, I felt confident in Fran's advice. Love having a trustworthy mechanic locally.
Didn’t full break system change. Did not change drums shoes or anything we ask them to do. Its back in the shop and on top of that got a pretty Hefty bill. If your gonna do something di it right the first time
Absolutely wonderful to bring my car to this shop! My normal mechanic refused to take my car for an oil change, so I sent an email to Fran's Automotive to get an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in within two days!! Incredible customer service. I'll be returning to Fran's for sure. It's hard to find a good, reliable shop these days and I felt they explained everything to me perfectly and didn't upsell a thing -- just told me what was wrong and what else I needed. They even offered to show me the issues. Anyone looking for a mechanic... this is your place!!!
