George is a good guy & a good plumber. Had a water valve on my toilet that was stuck. I had a leak & couldn't shut the water off. He fixed it quickly and was very professional.
George has been great in all the times we've used him. He has taken care of business, quality work,and responsive. Great communication.

No. He showed up late and when I called to see if he was going to come his response was that I had the arrival time wrong. I have a voice message from him that proves otherwise. He was not friendly at all. He hooked up our dishwasher and new sink / faucet in our kitchen and when the faucet became loose a month later I called and left several messages to which I never had a response. I had to call someone else to fix the faucet. Really disappointed with his customer service skills. I will never use his company again.
I was helping my elderly mother recuperate from surgery when I noticed her toilet had a very large crack directly across the drain pipe which needed *immediate* replacing. George called upon hearing my frantic voicemail explaining my mother's health & that she only has 1 toilet. He was at mom's condo in less than an hour with a brand new toilet & installed it post haste. If I lived in town I would only use George for any & all plumbing needs. He is professional, timely, friendly &, best of all, most compassionate. The world needs more people like George Du Dac!
