What can I say. I'm 63, have had several major surgeries, and physical therapy is good, but only to a certain point. I felt myself declining, and I knew I had to do something. Then I found Alex. Alex is very well educated in her field, but most of all, has compassion and concern for her clients. I already feel a difference, and friends have remarked that I'm standing straighter, look better. But most of all, I notice the little things I could not do well before, and am slowly getting stronger. I highly recommend Alex, no matter what your age is. You won't regret it.

I look forward to my time spent training with Alex. She keeps the session lively, challenging and interesting and pays attention to what my goals and needs are. She doesn't do what she wants to do, she creates a practice that benefits me. I have multiple sclerosis so I need a bit of extra attention and understanding and Alex is with me every bit of the way. Training sessions with Alex equals money well spent. Do yourself a favor and give Alex a try!
