The Office is a VIBE! My new favorite workout!! The Instructors are so fun/encouraging, and the space is super clean. Also loved the cold towel at the end =)

I really enjoyed my experience at The Office. It was such a great workout! The studio is gorgeous, clean, modern, and has that boutique, high-end feel. Full on influencer vibes. The class itself was definitely challenging, but in a really good way. I never felt lost or like I couldn’t keep up, just pushed to my limits in the best possible sense. You can also modify as needed based on your fitness level. It was HOT, so come prepared to sweat (towel and big water bottle are a must!). The music was great and kept the energy up the whole time. I left totally spent but also refreshed and recharged.
I am ADDICTED. I love The Office! I have been going every other day and I feel amazing. Took Taryn’s 8:30am class today and it was 10/10. Music was fire and her motivation keeps me going the whole time! Love her. Best way to start my Friday!!!
Such a great new studio! The space is fresh and inviting, the music and atmosphere make classes really enjoyable, and the instructors keep it fun while still giving a great workout. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to be!
