I had a private reiki session with Catherine and it was wonderful! Catherine’s calming presence and genuine interest in understanding my personal goals in order to deliver a customized experience made it feel very comfortable. She was very clear and thorough in explaining everything beforehand. She even followed up afterwards to check in, which demonstrates her desire to see her clients benefit from the reiki healing she provides. The entire experience was peaceful yet powerful and I left feeling great. Thank you, Catherine!
I have been to many different studios looking for an actual yoga class. Cat is the best. She feel the energy of the class. She has a great energy and a good person. Always feels good after the class. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.
I’ve been attending yoga classes with Cat for over a year and cannot recommend her enough. Every class is intentional and motivating. Cat always gives us options for different poses because it’s never a 1 size fits all. Our bodies are all different. I feel very welcome every time I join Cat and others on the mat. We also have a lot of fun and laugh. I’ve taken her Saturday flow class, gentle and restore, and Sunday soul love. I’ve also participated in sound baths. Each experience is magical. Cat is an unbelievable yoga instructor, reiki healer, guru and friend. I currently receive private yoga instruction (she comes to my home), and I also attend her yoga classes two times/week. I don't know what I would have done without Cat. She has been there for me, both mentally and physically. Her support is unwavering. How lucky I am to have her in my life.
