Dr.Tiffany and her staff are amazing!! It’s hard to find sweet and caring doctors who are honest nowadays! She is the best orthodontist in the county! She is patient and easy going, front desk is sweet and so are the assistants. Linnette and Courtney are the best!
I love Dr. Tiffany and her team! She is so great with children as I have 2 out of my 3 children under her care. Both look forward to their appointments and are never anxious or fearful about going. One daughter has braces and the other has just completed using retainers. I highly recommend Dr. Tiffany and her team!
Radiant Orthodontics is a great dental practice! Dr. Tiffany and the entire staff are so wonderful and friendly, especially Linnette who assisted me with my dental scans and X-rays! They are incredibly professional and patient-centered. I've done my Invisalign there and they are very detailed, thorough, and supportive with your dental journey. 5 stars 💫!
I had an initial consultation with Dr. Tiffany Chen for Invisalign, and it was a great experience! She's knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in explaining the treatment plan. I appreciate her attentiveness to detail and you can tell she takes great care in her work.
Dr. Tiffany and the entire staff at Radiant Orthodontics made my later in life Invisalign experience smooth and relatively stress free. All staff members communicated with me clearly about expectations and best practices and were pleasant to talk to at each appointment. Dr. Tiffany was very considerate and careful and took time to notice when she was approaching sensitive teeth, talked gently through the uncomfortable but necessary parts of the process, and was positive and encouraging, even when she could tell I was not quite getting enough hours in due to my work demands and schedule.
From what I observed either while waiting for my appointment or finishing up, Dr. Tiffany and all staff members have a good rapport with young patients and their parents as well. I also recall the information about payment plans and coverage to be straightforward and transparent when I first started.
Now I’m at the retainer stage and I’m (almost) sad I’ll only have 3 more appointments left! I highly recommend Radiant Orthodontics!
