Jeff Severini - PGA Golf Lessons at "Golf 23"

I laid off playing golf because of knee and back problems for about 5 years. When I started playing again recently I couldn’t hit a shot. Everything was fat, thin, or off center. I took a lesson from Jeff and he had me hitting shots pretty solidly with only one relatively minor swing change. I played 9 holes a few days later and couldn’t believe the difference. I recommend him highly and am definitely planning on going back to him in the spring for a tune-up when I start to play regularly again.

I have been taking lessons with Jeff for many years. I took a hiatus from him since I joined a local club and have been using the instructors there. I recently went back to Jeff since I've been struggling and not improving despite lessons from the local PGA pros. Jeff was able to recognize and help correct some faults that have been causing my struggles. Working on those changes, I just had one of the best range sessions I've had in the last couple of years. Nothing over the top or massive swing changes just simple stuff that is easy to implement without feeling like the whole swing is different. Jeff is a true Golf Professional and is an asset to the game. He is patient and dedicates 100% of his time to YOU and your swing during the lesson. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff is a GENIUS! He really simplifies the game for you. Golf is hard…you don’t need a bunch of junk in your brain while taking your back swing. I had a helluva slice and he fixed it with one simple drill. He showed me two concepts that I needed to work on and I started to draw the ball.

I’ve had lessons in the past but Jeff is by far the best instructor I’ve ever went to. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I will continue to use him and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I took lessons with Jeff when I first started playing golf over 10 years ago. He helped me with the fundamentals, and after about a year, I continued on my own. I played fairly well as a high handicapper and was satisfied with that.

Then I injured my back and had to take a two-year break from the game. When I returned, my swing was slow, hesitant, and flawed—more focused on avoiding re-injuring my back than playing well. I developed a bad chicken wing and started experiencing pain in my elbows and neck. I resisted lessons, worried they’d complicate things further.

Eventually, I gave in after constantly grounding my club and struggling to get the ball in the air. That’s when I reconnected with Jeff. In just one lesson, he identified the root of the problem and gave me two simple adjustments using my current swing. The results were immediate: I was hitting the ball better than ever—and pain-free.

Now I’m regularly scoring in the low 90s and even the high 80s. Whether you’re brand new to the game or a seasoned player who needs tweaks without a total swing overhaul, I can’t recommend Jeff highly enough.

By far the best golf swing coach I have had. Worked with Jeff back in 2019 and again in 2025 and each time it was instant result. Jeff was able to point out the issue with my swing each time and most importantly he gave me simple swing thoughts that are easy to remember and to the point that effectively fixed the critical flaws. His drills are simple and he does not overload you with information (usually 1 or 2 thoughts and a counter and you are on your way). Jeff has a total understanding of the golf swing and its concept and is able to relay that concept into swing thoughts that can be applied to all different swings. I would recommend Jeff 10/10.
