Dr Cai has been my Dr for several years. She and her Staff are knowledgeable, professional and ALWAYS courteous. They make me feel like family and go out of their way to help and assist their patients. She and her Staff are very proficient & proactive.
Usually a long wait during Saturday and Sunday if you don’t booked an appointment. Nice staffs and a professional doctor. The offices are keep upgrading making it much comfortable and entertaining.
I have been here for annual check up and confirming my flu virus. Both time costed me a lot of money for nothing. For the check up, she said something didn't look good with my blood test and needed me to go to a specialist for my liver scanned. That came back clean and they did a blood test again and found nothing. So a simple check up costed me 3 co-pays. I recently went to see if I have the flu which she confirmed I did. She prescribed me Tamiflu and Guaifen. The drugs and co-pay costed me $200. So I told her I have a dry cough and no running nose, she prescribed me guaifen anyway. That's same as mucinex, but more expensive. As for Tamiflu, after some research, for a healthy 40 years old who have passed the first 48 hours from when flu symptoms started, it really wouldn't have helped except taking $150 out of my wallet when I could have just rested and drank lots of liquids instead. Seems like this doctor runs her office more like a business than really helping her patients. I will never go back again.
Dr. Cai is a very good physician I have ever seen. She is careful and patient. I am very satisfied.
