The commissary has some good buys. Because of their sporadic crowds, I don't think the produce is up to speed, and I would be cautious about buying knee products, since the level of traffic is very sporadic. While the prices are good the surcharge almost wiped out the discounted prices. It is an asset for the military on base. As a retired veteran I'm not so sure.

Good for quick items. I would not go regular shopping there. Nothing organic here.

Current and former military personnel with a service connected rating can and should utilize this commissary. My wife, the grocery shopper, tells me that there are many items that are significantly less than ShopRite. Know your prices? It is 100% safe, plenty of parking and for us, only about 7 miles. Almost everyone who works there are family members of military personnel currently serving, and you are treated with a great deal of respect, always. Given our grocery bill lately, if you are eligible to utilize the commissary, you should give it a try. Hoorah

A smaller facility for sure, but for it's size it has a fairly decent selection of commonly used groceries. The manager is fantastic along with the entire staff, very helpful. Prices have risen slightly recently and you need to be a "comparison shopper" to get the best savings on most items except meats and dairy. Meat selection is very good and the prices are much lower than off-base, dairy also. Although there is a 5% surcharge on purchases, it's still cost effective aginst off-base stores.

A small commissary located on the base has a decent selection of different brands we all crave. Due to the small amount of Military onboard seems more like a mini mart. Fresh fruit, frozen goods and canned food. Staff was friendly and busy on our visit.
