I have been using my Ridgeway strap for 3 years now and it has been great! I had a swivel failure on a call so I reached out to Rob and he immediately sent me replacement parts. Fantastic customer service and quality products. I doubt I'll ever need another radio strap but when I do I'll be ordering from Rob again!

I ordered a radio strap, and could not be happier with my experience. While the first strap did have a rare problem with the paint, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Rob and the Ridgeway team are dedicated to ensuring their customers get a quality product.
Ordered a strap and holster around 2017. The quality is top notch. It has held up well minus a few things from normal wear and tear. I contacted Rob and he gave me the address to send my strap to in order to have the items addressed for the warranty. I haven’t sent it in yet, but I plan on doing so soon. I decided to order another strap, and I’m looking forward to it. I highly recommend Ridgeway.
This crew always knocks it out of the park! I have done multiple orders with them, and will keep coming back! The level of detail and customization is worth the wait time. The customer service is very quick and super helpful. If you’re in the market for radio strap etc….look nowhere else but here!
