A family member (any many friends after) had the privilege of being treated by Dr.Govind, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the very first consultation, he made us feel completely at ease. The doctor’s professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach to care were evident in every interaction and every visit.
Dr. Govind takes the time to listen attentively to concerns, thoroughly explains options and next steps, and ensures that we understand everything about the diagnosis. We always felt that we were in very capable hands. Each initial testing requires 4 sessions of one hour each which allows the Doctor to diagnose thoroughly each and every aspect (some other practices do only two sessions)
I also highly recommend Dr.Govind for people who do not speak English as they have a translating service with a live translator at the office. So language is not a barrier at this office.
Dr. Govind does life-changing work. He's knowledgeable, empathetic, and and over all wonderful doctor to work with. He listens and is thoughtful in his care. His office is professional and prompt and I can't refer them more. Thank you Dr. Govind and team.
Dr. Govind is phenomenal. He has an excellent bedside manner and communicates well. On the other hand, some of their reception staff needs additional customer service training.
It is very difficult to find an appointment , the staff that works at the reception are disrespectful, they do not help and they get you trouble if you want to talk with your doctor, they are rude especially Alexandra, we have visited this practice for more than 10 years and I had never had problems but when they keep changing their staff more than 10 times it is difficult to find someone nice to help you, I have even decided not to return.
