Spring Hills Post Acute Care Wayne View

We are grateful for the exceptional staff at this facility. They took care of our mom after being discharged from the hospital, and their care and kindness helped her improve so fast. We can’t recommend the nurses and aids enough, they are a fabulous staff!!!

My uncle has been a resident of this facility when needed over the last year. I visit him on a regular basis and have observed personably the staff being very caring, professional, knowledgeable with the needs of him and all other residents using this facility. I’m impressed how quick the staff address any of our concerns with a smile, care and compassion. Many times while visiting I see his doctor who stops by during the week follow up on his care.

Superb and responsive nurses and administrative personnel. They treat my uncle like he is their own family. The facility is small enough so that everyone knows all their residents and they care very much about the residents well being. In my experience, the entire staff works together to provide the best possible care. Any question or request I make is taken care of in a very timely manner. I cant say enough about the tender loving care they have given my uncle. 5 stars for everyone here.

Upon my arrival at spring hills 5 months ago I was very depressed, I needed 100 % assistance to do everything. since then everything has changed I'm able to get around on my own. I get in and out my bed on my own. My depression has subsided completely. I made great friend. We celebrate all holidays do so many activities.dining is wonderful ..nursing ,dietary,
concierge ,activities, aides all directors treats me so well it's unbelievable they are like family to me . I'm a long term resident I reccomend this facility to anyone wanting to put there family in good hands this facility is great
