My husband was in Care One first for rehab, then for cardiac care and finally for hospice care. The care he received for all three parts of his stay was outstanding. The physical therapist and the occupational therapist did everything they could to help him improve, including visiting him in his room when he could no longer get to them.
The nurses and aides were as attentive as they could be, especially Nurse Shirley who gave him so much love and attention.
I would not consider going anywhere else if I needed care.

Great activities, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy team. Always enjoyable activities and the activities staff knows all the patient names and ensures everyone gets involved, keeps them moving and mentally stimulating. Great entertainment and games to keep everyone happy and laughing, important when patients are not home and away from their family. Marlon, Menchu, Hazel, Vilma, all are amazing!! Nurses are great and attentive, Joanna, Gabi, Marie, Jenn, and nursing aid Maria have all been wonderful. Our social worker Katherine was very helpful with updates and sending us home with the right equipment for a safe discharge. Hazel and Menchu keep the energy high and always a smile on their faces encouraging PT and OT while creating special bonds with each patient.
Where do I start. Care One Wayne is a special place that has left a special place in our hearts. The staff treat their patients as family, with the same love and respect they would for their own family. Our mom had the best medical care and therapy. A special recognition for the activities department with a constant venue of excitement. Karaoke on Wednesdays gets everyone singing including families. As we leave this place, we leave a part of us behind. They have become family to us and our hearts and prayers are left with them always. Thank you Care One Wayne for all you have done for us and our mom. God bless all of you.
Great experience. All great with the care given and my birthday party here at CARE ONE AT WAYNE prepared by Marlon, Activities Director and his team is amazing! The surprised birthday parade was the highlight of my stay. The rehab was especially good; Emily and Menchu they did a wonderful job and they were very good. The nurses are very attentive and caring. Jenn my nurse is the best.
