I had the most amazing experience with Smilepartnerz! I just moved to NJ and found Dr. Rupani on Zocdoc. I scheduled an exam and cleaning for 2 weeks out and as luck would have it, a crown loosened and I needed to see a dentist much sooner. I called the office and Jessie helped squeeze me in. She was so patient and accommodating as I tried to find a crack of an opening in my work day. Somehow, Jessie found something and I was able to be seen within the hour. I was 5 minutes late, and once Jessie checked me in, Dina took me right in to see the dentist. Dina was so amazing as well! So kind and considerate that I might have been in pain as ahe did the X-rays. Next, Dr. Rupani came into the room and examined my crown, reviewed the X-ray and provided options. She was honest and so caring as well. The energy in the office was one of positivity and gentle care. Dr. Rupani is the best dentist I’ve seen, and the office staff is just as amazing!
What a great experience again today! Went in for a cleaning. Friendly greeting by polite & professional staff. Great cleaning service - Lisa was fantastic! Dr. Rupani (always awesome) gave me a check up with follow up options. So happy I switched to this group last year...and brought my family along too. Best dental decision I ever made!
