Have you ever been sick and tired of being sick and tired? Go to RRCOOC! The facility, the staff, the counselors, the nurses, the back of house hospitality team, everything is there rooted in helping you achieve your goals. Whatever they may be. A lot of people are at different timelines in their recovery journey and it being my first in patient I was confused / concerned about how I would get the care I needed, but with the structured group schedules, the work/preparation/treatment plan with your counselor and the help of the RSS staff AND (most importantly!!!) your willingness to truly lean into all of the above, you will find within the first few days you have a tailored wellness retreat in your hands. You will discover things and rediscover things that will make you excited and curious for life again. A life with so much more to offer you! I truly LOVED everything!! Well, I think my one complaint is that the outside pool was not open since I went in October. Obviously kidding! A huge shoutout to EVERYONE there, but also my counselor Nicky, who truly blessed me with an improved blueprint of my life! I am forever grateful to her and the tough love approach because at the end of the day, everyone in that building is on your side and are rooting for you to TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK!!! Well, now I’m crying and I’m going to see the Wicked movie tonight! Thank you for listening!!

Thank you the RRCOC , I recently completed the 28 day Rehab and cannot say enough about the team. They were all spectacular from the maintenance staff, kitchen crew, all counselors, and upper management. A+ team

Big thanks to Nicky Zion who helped me through a tough period of my life and helped me see things I didn't. She was always honest and direct. Amber, first counselor/point of contact to help you through the Detox process. Shoutout to the RSS, Tariq, Emilio, Carlos, Ajani, Victoria at front desk, Mike, Brian, Mr. Thomas, and Dimitri who never disappointed every time he was in charge of the meals.

The only thing I can say is perhaps provide a better vetting process for patients. Few too many were there for a bed or just passing time disrupting the process for a lot of us who want recovery.

Other than that, met a lot of great people to be around. More than enough to do between meetings and meals so time went by quick. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for help, a reset, or time away from people, places, and things.

This place is a blessing.. it also is extremely comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the beds are huge and there’s a TV and bathroom. Good groups and counselors that care deeply about what they do. You can get clean in a cardboard box if you want it enough but this place does make it very comfortable while you’re there and that makes a huge difference in early recovery. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who’s ready to change their life. I do have one criticism though. I understand that addicts do crazy things to get drugs into places and if your policy stands as no outside books allowed you should really provide bibles for practicing Christian’s. It’s incredibly important to some people and nobody should be denied that right… just sayin

This place USED to be good when it was new now it’s a mess like every other place and I’ve been here before and this time the outdoor pool in summer made it feel like you could actually relax and focus on getting better so that was cool

It seems nobody to know what’s going on took me HOURS just to get admitted sitting there like I don’t even matter being told to wait while I feel sick withdrawing like an addict ??? When I finally got to a smelly room I asked for a snack in my room and got told straight up NO like I was asking for something crazy. You go in circles talking to different people from when you call to get in if they answer to the moment you leave no one even knows if a car service is getting you to take you home or if you need ti call a ride but you ain’t even have your phone to call

Some staff still care and you can tell they’re trying but most of them look exhausted and act like you’re bothering them. Chakra is the new CEO and he listened also Jeff was helpful

RECOVERY IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT so I know none of this matters cause it’s only worse in the real world. But its decent beginning better than being sick and alone at home so I would still recommend
