I can’t recommend them enough !! Carlene has been incredible with my son’s helmet journey, this is only not even 4 months of helmet wearing. Anytime we have had a questions, I get responses from Carlene and her office right away. Plus she is in general amazing with him, one of the few people my son lets near him without scream crying. Also, in the beginning they were super helpful with making sure we are able to get it approved by insurance. They even printed out all the doctors who take out insurance that we’d need to see to get approved.
The receptionist and the poa associated are very nice and friendly they work with you to were you definitely feel at home and they do a multiple test with the socket to make you feel comfortable while you are wearing a Martin bionic socket the socket is very comfortable and I would refer that I am a client and I would refer anyone to the poa team who are a part of the Martin bionic team
I spent many summers during my undergraduate education shadowing and interning at POA. The staff there are the people who made me fall in love with the field of orthotics and prosthetics! I got to see firsthand the relationships they build with their patients and the awesome high-quality care they provide. They also took the time to educate me and let me practice and build skills which helped me feel more confident when starting P&O school last year. Now I am halfway through the program and looking forward to returning to their Middletown clinic in a few weeks for my clinical rotation to learn even more!
I’ve been a patient of POA now for over 3 years. I couldn’t possibly say enough good sentiments about Cassandra and the staff. Never believing I would ever walk again created great depression and anxiety for me. After Cassandra went to work to literally save my life, everything changed. Being able to walk with my brace brought me back, back to happiness and to my children. The smiles and tears of happiness on my children’s faces because daddy could walk again and be there for them, is all I needed to know that she and her staff truly saved my life. They are all incredibly amazing caring and brilliant human beings.
I really appreciated the care I received from POA this year. From the beginning, they listened to me and I feel like they truly want the best for me. I trust them fully with my care and I am so glad I went to them. They truly are experts in prosthetics.
