Please note that this review is for the billing office. The staff at this office were all wonderful and I had a great experience my entire pregnancy. This issue I have is with their billing office. When first calling to make an appointment I was told they accepted my insurance. What I did not know was that they didn’t not accept my insurance as full payment, so I had to sign over checks to them from my insurance company and then pay the difference. It’s has taken forever for them to update my bill with the checks I have submitted from my insurance. Beware if this happens to you and keep track of every payment because they will try and tell you that you owe them more money than you actually do.

Everyone was very nice but beware of the billing for testing. The day of my bloodwork I got called in before I finished filling out the forms. They had me sign it and one of the staff completed the form for me. A few days after I was discharged from the hospital after losing my baby I received a notice that my insurance company wasn't covering $3,900.00 for the Natera lab bill which I did not have the money for. I was never notified that my in-network provider would send it out of network. I had to go back and forth with insurance and then Natera. Then Natera agree to a lower amount. Its extremely disappointing to have people tell you the testing is so important and make you feel like you need to do it and then screw you and send it out of network. My insurance company notified me that there are many other labs who can do the same testing which were in-network. Be very very careful.
