Total body workout that’s both challenging and fun. The fitness center is well lit, clean, has great equipment and instructions are easy to follow. Resistance training is easier on joints and produces excellent results!

Total Reband is such a friendly place. The communal energy is joyful while Cat and Bob (instructors) adjust for all fitness levels. I always feel energetic after a class.
