I got the New Patient deal and it was the most AMAZING visit I have ever encountered!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Hygienist Wilmer was a professional but above all he made my procedure super easy and relaxing! He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Dr. Zaidi was very down to Earth which made me at ease. I felt no apprehension about having to come back for work and for the first time I LOVED GOING TO THE DENTIST!!!! Thank you!!!
The entire staff makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment from start to finish. Dr. Z is extremely thorough, caring, and realistic. He always makes sure to explain things in terms that you understand and makes sure to take the least invasive measure first with your best interest in mind. He takes his time during his exams and has never made me feel rushed. Special shoutout to Wilmer who has now for the second time performed my cleaning. He suspected an issue with one of my teeth and did not stop until he figured out what it was and how he can correct it- and he did just that. He is so charismatic, thoughtful, and caring. I always appreciate when providers remember you specifically. From the moment he greeted me with a big smile and brought up conversations we had months ago.
