This is the best thing to have happened to me over the past few years... there are countless overpriced martial arts gyms but this one has extremely experienced Krus who have trained in Thailand for Muay Thai. It's a very inviting atmosphere as beginners and fighters training together, so no one will judge you! Along with a killer high intensity 1.5 hr workout 3 times a week, the Krus give you their undivided attention anytime you have a question or before/after class tips. Mercer bucks Muay Thai is an amazing program!! I've had the best time training with them. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and so willing to help you! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I've learned so much in a short amount of time. Definitely worth giving it a try, the workouts are a lot of fun!!

They are revered for their teaching methods by anyone from a day one beginner to the most experienced fighters out there. They promote true discipline, the ideals of teamwork, and Muay Thai in its purest form.

Great place for a workout and a great place to learn a Muay Thai. The instructors are real educators who care about your learning. I found the other students to be very respectful towards one another regardless of ability or skill level. Overall, very well worth the time and money.
