Had an emergency visit as a new patient on a Friday night, the staff got me in quickly. They were nice, friendly and funny. The dentist and her assistant were awesome, patient and caring. I am now a new patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. They are great!!!
Dr. Napolitano and his team are truly the best. I wouldn’t trust my dental health to anyone else. He is caring, compassionate, and takes the time to make sure his patients feel comfortable. His staff is equally as wonderful. They are professional and always welcoming. The office is clean, organized, and very well run. I highly recommend Dr. Napolitano and his office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
Dr. Napolitano is truly phenomenal. My son has always had an intense fear of the dentist — we’ve had tearful visits, refused appointments, and plenty of anxiety leading up to them. But from the moment we walked into Dr. Napolitano’s office, everything felt different.
He greeted my son with such warmth and patience, never rushing or pressuring him. He explained everything in a calm, reassuring way and really took the time to earn his trust. You could tell that every step was intentional, from the way the staff interacted with us to how the room was set up to make things feel more comfortable.
By the end of the appointment, my son — who usually can’t wait to leave — was smiling. Smiling! I honestly never thought I’d see that happen at a dental office.
Dr. Napolitano and his team went above and beyond to turn something scary into something manageable, and even positive. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone — especially those with children who struggle with dental anxiety.
Good dentist and good dental assistant. The experience below was prior to the office manager, Sophia correcting the errors in the paperwork and refunding part of my fee for a clerical error on their end. I am highly recommending them for prompt, professional attention to complaints and good dental work. I believe Sophia, office manager will tighten up the problems and make good on any issues that you might have.
Was given invoice with name same as my husband but for an address 93 miles away for work done on my mouth, I did not use insurance but paid on a credit card. I insisted upon a receipt in my name and was refused by the strawberry blonde receptionist. To defend her giving me a false receipt she claimed that families are billed together under one account which is preposterous for one and illegitimate on account of an address neither of us have ever lived. She also read out loud my own husband’s social security number in full earshot of patients in the waiting room. Also tried to book me for two additional fillings that didn’t exist in my treatment plan. Perhaps they belong to the stranger in Port Jervis with whom she has the records co-mingled. Unapologetic for an obvious mistake and insensitive to the fact that some kind of identity theft/computer error has occurred. As a nurse if I handed a patient records in the name of someone else, I would be hit with a hippa violation which all support staff are supposed to be aware of as well, Not pleased at all with the public broadcasting of my husband’s social security number in a day and age when identity theft is rampant. To add insult to injury, the woman repeatedly asked me if my husband and I lived at the address in Port Jervis. I’m in the same Great Kills home for twenty one years. Retraining is needed by support staff to verify who they are treating and that the records are properly kept. That being said I could not be happier about my dental work despite disagreeing with an extra last minute charge that appears to have been added after I paid in full in advance of my dental work on the initial visit. I believe that I was billed twice for exam and X-rays because my first receipt includes those charges. Teeth feel good but I don’t like the particular person I dealt with. She was the only one with a refusal to concede that an error was made and would not correct the mistake or give me recourse to get my records printed out in my own name with my proper address. I have written to the billing department for documentation purposes of the error and I’m hoping they will do the right thing and correct my records to reflect the proper name and address data. Again I am appreciative of the same day care that was provided by the dentists as I was in utter agony. This is not at all a reflection on the dentist and dental assistant who worked skillfully to provide an emergency root canal. Frankly, I would go back to the same dentist tomorrow despite the disrespect of the lady in the front based on the relatively painless root canal procedure. Hands down the best dentist I ever had.
