Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr Olsen took me in for an emergency visit when my oral surgeon ignored my symptoms and complaints. She took me at 7:30 in the morning, examined my problem and immediately acted, saving me from severe pain and infection. She was gentle and calm , and her office is open 7 days a week. Very nice front desk receptionist. Save yourself the waste of energy with these other doctors and go to her.
Dr Olsen is such a sweet heart. She listened to me and sat there and talked to me. I haven’t felt that care in a while from a dentist. Thank you Dr!!!
Dr. Olsen has been my dentist for many years and provided me with simply the best dental care and professional guidance! She is so very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable and has given the best honest advice to save my teeth through the years. This dental practice also has an exceptional team supporting their work.
Recently I had a dental surgery with another dental surgeon. A few days later, on a Saturday, I had an abscess in my mouth and was running a fever. Since the dental surgeon’s practice was closed, I contacted Dr Olsen’s office for care and although Dr. Olsen was not in, the office team went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. Christine (who is always an exceptional and accurate key member of the office management) noted my swollen face and contacted Dr Olsen immediately for guidance. Dr. Olsen’s support staff, a knowledgeable dental intern Joseph, was also exceptional and spoke. to Dr Olsen/followed her instructions and sent photos/x-rays to her describing my situation. Jenna (another excellent dental intern) also assisted. Both were very knowledgeable, kind/had great bedside manner and took initiative to get me fast attention. The office got me an emergency appointment that day and I had my tooth pulled and felt better immediately! I cannot thank all of them enough! Dr. Olsen, Christine, Joseph and Jenna were absolutely the best you can get! I thank them all for the top notch care they have provided me through the years and for the prioritized emergency care given to me recently which I believe prevented me from possibly a much more serious outcome. I thank all of them and recommend Dr. Olsen and her support staff very highly!
Well, there's definitely not enough room for what I have to say because I can't say enough about this office. Dr Olsen and staff are AMAZING! She is fantastic at what she does and is dedicated to her patients. She's on point with her work and confident. I recently moved to another state and tried another dentist and what a mistake that was. I will travel for her to continue my dental work. FOREVER GRATEFUL!
Omg! Dr. Olsen and her assistant are an amazing duo! I gotta say from day one she calm my anxiety and sent me to another amazing college . My second visit was more amazing that the first one. I can’t say I like dentists, but Dr. Olsen make you wanna come back! Thank you and your team….
