Impact is an incredible place. Personally starting with no experience, the instructors were super helpful in teaching me solid fundamentals that I can build on. They meet you where you are and help you improve every session. The community here makes you keep wanting to come back and get better every day. If you are looking to learn a new skill the right way, I highly recommend Impact.
My son trained with Mike for almost two years before he headed out to college. He did weekly private lessons and after a year added the group workouts. Mike is great - not only did he do a fantastic job teaching martial arts he focused on physical fitness, discipline and building confidence. I highly recommend Mike and Impact Martial Arts
Started here with my daughter about 7 months ago and it has literally changed my life. I was looking for a gym with a family environment and somewhere would I could learn techniques and train hard. Kru Mike is an amazing instructor and has created a great atmosphere. Muay Thai is now apart of my lifestyle thanks to him. So glad we found Impact it has been a game changer!!
My family has been going to Impact Martial Arts for close to two years now and we couldn’t love it more. I am continually impressed by the level of coaching and commitment from their teams. My son has improved so much but also gained confidence, has an increased respect for others, and improved his strength. Absolutely love it here - give it a try, you won’t regret it for you or your children.
My kids and I have been training here for a couple of years now. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable in both disciplines (Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu). They are dynamic and no two classes are alike. It’s a great workout if you’re just looking to get in shape but it’s also great instruction if you’re looking to learn self-defense. My kids have tried a variety of sports and nobody has been able to hold their attention like the instructors at impact. The kids classes are extremely fun and the instruction is developmentally appropriate depending on their age.
