Update- Just attended my second Twisted Sister Costa Rica yoga retreat (May 2025). I'm certainly not her only repeat customer; percentage-wise, there are a significant number of us which, of course, speaks volumes. 'Nuff said 🙂
JM- Attending the Twisted Sister May 2024 Costa Rica retreat was one of the best decisions I could have made! Cheryl's yoga offering is the perfect blend of fitness and mindfulness. She is a wonderful & caring person and a very talented yoga instructor. She is committed to ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Equally amazing were my fellow retreatants- truly wonderful women who I am privileged and honored to now refer to as friends. I went for the yoga, but I will return not only for the yoga, but also for the wonderful people I met and for the connections we made as we journeyed together during this amazing experience.
Just came back from Cheryl’s Twisted Sister Yoga Block Island Retreat Autumn 2023. We had glorious porch yoga, fabulous food and the chance to get to know or deepen relationships with some wonderful people. Throughout the retreat, you could feel all the energy and intention that Cheryl took to plan a great meditative yoga escape. Cheryl is a patient and inspiring teacher.
Cheryl is an exceptional human being. She came to our home for a private Yoga session for my daughter’s birthday. She suggested we provide a personal music playlist of songs my daughter liked, asked about her life to personalize the experience even more and taught a great class to many skill levels. It was so special!!! The love you give is the love you receive and I know Cheryl’s heart must be full. ❤️🙏❤️

It was an amazing trip and made some great new friends.
The food was awesome and healthy, resort was Exquisite and Cheryl did an outstanding job with the yoga classes, excursions and all the little things to make a vacation great!
I would definitely book another retreat with Twisted Sister.👍👍👍

I attended Cheryl's Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica May 2023. Cheryl is such an incredible teacher and an amazing person. Her daily yoga sessions were fun, relaxing, and inspiring. She truly cares about each person who attends her classes and she did a great job teaching in a way that catered to all experience levels. I truly loved all of her classes. Every class left me feeling uplifted, joyful and grateful.
As for the overall retreat experience, I'd highly recommend it as well! The resort itself was stunning. It was great connecting with other Christians who were all very welcoming and kind. Cheryl did a great job planning all the logistics and provided several options for group activities outside the resort in between yoga sessions. The entire week was a blast!
