I went to Fusion PT for exercises to strengthen my knee. Colby was always ready with a variety of appropriate exercises for my age and ability. He also did a great job explaining how to do them.

Our youngest daughter had Jackie and she is AMAZING! Our daughter hurt her knee and Jackie got her right back on the soccer field as good as new! She even checks on her from time to time asking how her knee is doing! She’s very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. The gym itself recently got renovated and it’s better than ever. Our journey with Fusion started when my 16-year-old son was preparing for a very major surgery in Florida for a rare condition, Perthes disease. Even before his surgery, I began researching physical therapy options near our home in Southington. I needed a place that was good with kids, friendly, professional, and truly skilled. On the Southington Facebook group, Fusion Therapy was recommended again and again.

From the very first contact, the experience was seamless. Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond. She handled the insurance, explained the process, and had everything set up for my son’s therapy sessions before he even went into surgery. They didn’t pressure us for exact start dates and were incredibly accommodating while I communicated with them from Florida. By the time we came home, all we had to do was walk in and start.

My son began working with Erica, and I cannot say enough about her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a true gift for connecting with kids. From day one, she motivated my son, encouraged him, and influenced him in such a positive way. She also kept excellent communication with me — updating me on his progress, his exercises, and anything else I needed to know. I immediately felt she was the right person in the right role.

The entire Fusion team deserves recognition. The front desk and billing staff are always friendly and professional. Scheduling is flexible and easy. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive — the kind of place you actually look forward to visiting.

Even after my son completed his insurance-covered therapy, we chose to continue privately because of the incredible care he was receiving. I know he is in the best hands here, and that peace of mind is priceless. Erica even went above and beyond by communicating directly with our Florida surgeon and, later, with the aquatic therapy team at a hospital. That level of dedication is rare.
