My son does the Youth Athletic Performance group classes. Not only has his speed increased but his confidence has elevated. Getting his baselines and competing against himself and others pushes him to want to do better.
The coaches are what make this process work. The three trainers in the youth program are strict, caring, and knowledgeable. They not only teach the kids the proper techniques but, most importantly, the WHY! Great Job, Coach Joe, Anthony, and Tyler!

I worked out with Dave during the summer before my final field hockey season in college! He was crucial in helping me head into the season prepared, in shape and with more knowledge of speed and agility. I felt so prepared and I still use the skills I learned from him even years after college both for myself and as a coach. I highly recommend the speed center. My only regret is that I didn’t start working with him earlier!
