Had some vaccinations done here. The gal at the pharmacy counter ( dark curly hair in ponytail with glasses ) very nice and the lady pharmacist ( dark hair with glasses) super friendly and nice too.
I have never seen anything like it. The wait time is horrendous. I submitted a prescription refill thru the website. Went to look at status the next day and it said urgent info needed. I called to inquire and was told they never got the request. I called the next day to follow up. After being put in the call waiting system when I finally got thru someone hung the phone up. This happened 4 times. I finally drove there to complain. The guy at the pharmacy could have cared less. Was told no manager was available. I moved here from another town where I went to Rite Aid. I received the best service there. So sad they went bankrupt.
Both the pharmacist and med tech were very efficient answering all my questions. Also came out and assisted finding a medical product I needed for my husband. The line moved very quickly and no complaints whatsoever
If all you’re doing is picking up from the pharmacy then you’ll be fine. But god forbid you need to call them. They will never pick up. I understand it gets busy but no matter what time of day it is you’ll be waiting at least 45 minutes and then they don’t even pick up you’re disconnected.
