I love my doctor Inez. She listens patiently & never thinks my naturalist ideas are stupid & offers suggestions what she thinks. When I’m really sick the office gets me in there so she can help me. If I need a specialist she has a great list of great drs. for me to see. I’ve never been disappointed. I’m 76 & have a lot of confidence in her. Thank you Inez.
The staff is welcoming, kind. Greets you with a smile, making you feel welcome and not ignored. My pcp Ines Zemaitis is thorough and truthful. Making her my pcp has truly given me a healthier life!!
I always feel comfortable, seen, and heard here. Dr. Zemaitis is wonderful and professional. The office is clean and the staff is very cordial to new patients. Sometimes the appointment before mine overlaps and ends up running late, but its a small office and I respect that sometimes the staff has to tie loose ends with what they have!
There isn’t a provider in the world I’d pick over Ines. And I’ve made everyone that I love and care about pick her too. I’ve been with Ines since before she opened her own practice, back when she was starting small but dreaming big. It has been absolutely incredible to see her vision come to life before my eyes but I am not at all surprised.
Ines is SO skilled at what she does and we owe it to her natural compassion for others, her Yale / Quinnipiac educational background (which you’d DEFINITELY want in a provider - these are recognized and highly respected leaders in the healthcare industry), and her passion for helping others live healthier lives. If you are a person of color, then you understand how important it is to find a provider who values tailoring care to the individual rather than taking a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Ines is light years ahead of this - she has always provided individualized treatment to me as her patient, and l definitely feel seen which is not something I experience with all providers.
Her entire office reflects the same standard of excellence — professional, respectful, efficient, and ready to help. Shoutout to the receptionists (Mayra and Thea) who have gone above and beyond for me but honestly, the whole team is amazing. Ines has built not just a practice, but a team that clearly takes pride in what they do.
