If your looking for a realtor to just list your property or just submit an offer, this is not your realtor. With Gina she will give you her advise and yet listen to yours. She will do what ever your choice is and not force herself on you. Over the years I have used a couple realtors and the past 10 years only used Gina. I have recommended her to a couple of my customers and have nothing but good feed back. Just in my last sale alone, I sold for only $12,000.00 more than asking and saved $7,000.00 in realtor fees. I worked with Gina Jacobs over a period of 10 years during which time she helped me find my first home, and then when I moved, she managed my property as a rental. Then, when the housing prices rebounded she informed me that it would be a great time to sell. Gina was always honest, straight-forward, prompt, efficient, and effective. I don’t know what I would have done without her help! I never had any stress regarding my rental property because I knew she would be there to take care of everything.
Whenever anything required repairs with my property, Gina was quick to get multiple estimates and facilitated the repairs with speed and efficiency. She always provided sound advice, and I always agreed with what she thought would be the best resolution.
