My home inspector said my roof needed a few minor repairs, echoing the listing description that boasted many years left on these shingles. They couldn’t have been more wrong. The roof was in such bad shape that almost all the plywood needed to be replaced. Frank from Hira Roofing sent me an estimate before the end of the day and reassured me that everything was going to be ok.

He pointed out a few trees that were likely the culprit for the premature roof degradation and said, “Hey, I have a guy coming to my house next week to take down a few of my trees. I will tell him you’re my cousin and see if he can give you a deal.”

When my supposedly new hot water heater leaked all over the basement, rewetting already water damaged walls, he could have sent me to Home Depot, but instead, Frank came with his dad on his day off with his shop vac and hepa filters. He ripped out the wet drywall and said, “Let me save you some money; I have my mold spraying license and can do it for way less than the estimate you showed me.”

There are so many problems that popped up that Frank could have turned his head away from, but that’s not what Hira Roofing is about. They don’t just take care of your roof. They take care of you as a person.

it was time for a new roof and after getting three quotes and meeting with three different businesses, we decided to go with Hira Roofing Frank responded promptly to all text messages, questions and concerns. His workers were efficient and friendly, We were even impressed with the cleanup!

Frank and Nick were fantastic to work with. From the very first call I made just to inquire about getting a quote, Frank responded quickly and was here in a day. He walked the roof and surveyed it and suggested I call my insurance company because I had wind damage. Frank and Nick followed up with me and came and met 2 different adjusters here. The job was completed in a day! Very clean, neat and tidy like they were never here. Hira Roofing is the best!

He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very patient, especially when it came to color matching the shingles to complement my house’s exterior.
