Don’t go anywhere else but HERE! JCS Electrical came out in an emergency and then got the job done the next day! They are professional, quick, efficient, cleaned up after the job, and super nice! The owner and his employees are amazing!! If I could give 100 stars I would!
At 3am a neighbor's tree branch fell and hit the power/cable lines running from the street to the house. Shockingly, we didn't lose power, but the conduit and box attached to the house were essentially ripped off. Based upon the recommendation of another electrician who didn't have availability, I called JCS electrical. They answered the phone on the first call, were very friendly, and understanding of my urgency. Within 15 minutes of my first call I was notified a technician was on their way to my house. Technician arrived within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation and explained exactly what needed to be done. After I agreed to proceed he immediately left to get the parts required, was back on-site very quickly, and got to work pronto. By that afternoon my power was restored, the house looked perfect and the job site was all cleaned up. I was fearing the worst about heading into a heatwave without power, but the team at JCS made sure that didn't happen. Friendly, prompt, competent... I will absolutely be using them again in the future!
